Kathy Hancock

Kathy has been providing clients with technology project management and business analysis for more than 20 years. Her experience ranges from custom developed solutions to commercial solutions, such as SharePoint and Nintex.

​As a project leader, Kathy works alongside the project team members, not just in the management of the project tasks, but by actively performing tasks that are related to business analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and training. This level of engagement ensures a thorough understanding of the project and helps to guide the project to a successful implementation.

​There are many aspects and details of project management which Kathy enjoys, but she inherently understands that communication is one of the most essential traits of a project manager. She is driven to ensure that she communicates proactively and openly to develop a partnership between the Boost team and the client.

​Kathy has held the Project Management Professional certification since 2004. Kathy’s prior experience includes leadership roles at American Management Systems, CGI, SusQTech, and STG.
