Heather Gogel-McGregor

Heather Gogel-McGregor is a Customer Success Consultant at Booster since July 2017, where responsibilities include fostering relationships with clients and enhancing collaborative success through strategic campaigns. Previous roles include Program Director, managing fundraising campaigns and team training, and Program Leader, utilizing public speaking to motivate diverse audiences. Earlier experience as an SAI Student Alumni Ambassador involved promoting study abroad opportunities and enhancing communication skills through presentations and blogging. Heather also interned at VisitLEX, contributing to a high customer satisfaction rating, and held various positions at the Kentucky Horse Park and Xanterra Parks & Resorts, where skills in customer service, event planning, and leadership were developed. Heather graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism and a minor in Business.
