Matt Waken

Matt Waken is an experienced Associate Test Engineer at Booster, holding the position since October 2020, where responsibilities include leading test planning and execution as QA lead for major releases. Prior to this role, Matt served as a Quality Assurance Associate from August 2015 to June 2020, and made notable contributions as an HR Analytics Specialist, designing engagement surveys and analyzing data. Additional experience includes serving as a Leader Development Specialist, where performance evaluations for over 600 field team members were designed and implemented, leading to significant increases in stretch assignments and leadership challenge participation. As a Training and QA Specialist, Matt managed performance metrics and QA systems for over 500 field team members and contributed to the design of LMS content and processes. Earlier experience includes leadership in fundraising for school partners. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, and is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina Honors College.
