Christine Wegmann

Christine Wegmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christine currently holds the position of Director, Exclusive Brands Strategy, Business Operations + Technical Design at Boot Barn Holdings, Inc., a lifestyle retailer specializing in western and work-related footwear, apparel, and accessories. Prior to this role, they were the Transition Director for Supply, Product Development, Raw Materials, Global Sourcing & Tech Design at Speedo, a leading swimwear brand. Christina also worked as a Senior Manager for Enterprise Strategy & Project Management Operations at Chico's FAS, Inc., a retail company specializing in textiles, apparel, home, footwear, handbags, jewelry, and cosmetics. Christine has also founded their own company, Sheer Style Retail Solutions, where they provided lean retail solutions for new brands and products. In addition, Christine has held various management positions in design, product development, sourcing, and global sourcing at Sucre Soir, Wild Palms Resortwear, and Eddie Bauer.

Christine Wegmann has a diverse education history. In 1987 to 1989, they attended Worcester State University, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Following that, in 1990 to 1991, they enrolled in the Geothe Institute for Advanced Language Study, focusing on German Studies. In 2017, they returned to education and pursued an Advanced Project Management degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. In the same year, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the same university.
