Dorota Korczynski Teklak

Dorota Korczynski Teklak has extensive experience in the product management, development, and sourcing field. Dorota is currently serving as the Director of Product Management, Production, and Sourcing at Boot Barn since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Sr. Product Manager, Exclusive Brands at Boot Barn from November 2018 to December 2021.

Before joining Boot Barn, Dorota held various roles at TAVIK from 2013 to 2018. Dorota served as the Director of Product Development and Sourcing from June 2015 to February 2018 and as a Product Manager from February 2013 to June 2015.

Earlier in their career, Dorota worked at Burton Snowboards as a Product Manager for Analog Clothing from August 2007 to November 2012. Dorota also has experience at Oakley, where they held positions such as Product Developer, Production and Sourcing Manager, Apparel Production Coordinator, Quality Assurance Representative, and Customer Service Accounts Coordinator from 1997 to 2007.

Dorota Korczynski Teklak holds a Bachelors Degree in Apparel Design from California State University, Long Beach, with a field of study in Apparel and Textile Design. Dorota also pursued Merchandise Marketing at FIDM, specializing in Merchandising.
