Erika Bejarano

Erika Bejarano is a seasoned purchasing and operations professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry and 15 years in leadership roles. Currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Boot Barn since September 2023, Bejarano previously held the same title at Torrid from September 2016 to August 2023. Prior to that, Bejarano worked at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP as Sr. Purchasing Manager from April 1999 to September 2016, with a broad expertise in retail operations, procurement, and supply chain management. Bejarano began the career at Lights of America, Inc. as Buyer, progressing through various purchasing roles from September 1993 to March 1999. Bejarano's skill set includes domestic and international procurement, negotiations, inventory management, and the implementation of best practices to achieve cost reductions and optimize supplier relationships. Educationally, Bejarano holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Cerritos College.
