Cass Benito's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2012, they started as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, where they later became a Customer Advocacy Group Analyst and a Workforce Management - Scheduling Analyst. In 2017, they joined Majid Al Futtaim as a Sr. General Ledger Accountant, overseeing the expenses of Carrefour stores in Qatar and handling financial records. In 2020, they worked at Pioneer Square Brands as a Sales Support before transitioning to the role of Customer Experience Specialist. Currently, they are working as an Order Management Specialist at Booth & Partners.

Cass Benito attended the University of the East from 2008 to 2012, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services.
