Lesley Luis Maliksi, CHRA

Lesley Luis Maliksi, CHRA, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Most recently, Lesley worked as a People & Engagement Associate at Booth & Partners starting in 2022. Prior to that, Lesley worked at SeidoPro Global, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, where they held roles including Employee Engagement and HR Associate. In these positions, Lesley was responsible for keeping employees happy, generating ideas for monthly activities, creating digital posters and content for social media, and collaborating with other departments to enhance presentations and proposals. Before joining SeidoPro Global, Inc., Lesley gained valuable experience as an HR Intern at Harte Hanks in 2017 and at VENICE 66 FASHIONS, INC. in 2016.

Lesley Luis Maliksi, CHRA, completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. This degree program took place between 2014 and 2018. In addition to the degree, Lesley Luis Maliksi holds certifications as a Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) from the Human Resource Educators' Association of the Philippines, obtained in February 2023, and as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6Sigma Services, obtained in July 2020.
