Pearl Pugay

Pearl Pugay has extensive work experience in the customer service industry. Pearl began their career at kgb in 2003, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative until 2006. Pearl then took on the role of Lead Customer Service Representative until 2011 before being promoted to Team Lead, a position they held until 2014.

In 2014, Pearl joined Booth & Partners as a Senior Team Manager and remained in this role until 2016. Pearl then became an Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the operations of the company. In 2021, they were promoted to Client Services Manager and later became the Head of Client Services & Operations in 2023, a position they currently hold.

Throughout their career, Pearl has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in customer service and operations management.

From 1999 to 2003, Pearl Pugay pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
