Jutien Hsieh Pe

Jutien Hsieh, PE, MBA, currently serves as the Operations Manager for the Charlotte Branch of Booth & Associates, LLC, a position held since November 2014. In this role, Jutien established the Charlotte office and is responsible for managing operations, team growth, securing long-term projects, maintaining client relationships, and strategic planning. Prior to this, Jutien worked as an Engineering Supervisor at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories from March 2006 to June 2014, overseeing a design team of 12 employees, providing technical support, evaluating performance, and participating in recruitment efforts. Jutien Hsieh holds an MBA from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
