Rebecca Hardman

Rebecca Hardman has extensive experience in the retail industry, starting as a Management Trainee at Debenhams in 2003. Rebecca later moved on to roles such as Sales Manager and Regional Retail Trainer within the same company. In 2009, they transitioned to a role as HR Adviser at Debenhams before eventually becoming a Regional Training Manager. From 2013 onwards, Rebecca held various HR leadership roles at Booths, including Head of Learning and Development, Head of HR - Retail, and currently serves as the Head of Operations and People.

Rebecca Hardman completed their CIPD Advanced Level Diploma in HRM at MOL from 2010 to 2013, focusing on Human Resources.
