Jenna Lindén

Jenna Lindén currently serves as the Head of People and Office Operations at Reaktor, leading global teams in Finland, the Netherlands, Portugal, the US, and Japan to enhance day-to-day operations and employee experience. Previously, Jenna was a People Operations Partner and Career Facilitator in Finland, focusing on wellbeing and work-life balance. With experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Specialist, and HR Specialist at Rovio Entertainment Corporation, Jenna has developed expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee relations, along with a strong focus on occupational health and safety. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Turku University of Applied Sciences and exchange studies in International Management and Human Resources Management at Ontario Tech University and Solent University, respectively.
