Alex Lowe

Alex Lowe has a diverse background in human resources, starting as a Warehouse Team Lead at Culina Group Limited in 2012 before moving to PepsiCo as a Project Leader in 2013. Following this, Alex worked at Expion Search & Selection as a Recruitment Resourcer in 2014. Joining E.ON UK in 2015, Alex completed various HR placements before becoming a Human Resources Business Partner. Transitioning to Boots UK in 2018, Alex held roles such as HR Business Partner and Head of HR in Digital, Ecommerce, and Marketing, demonstrating expertise in strategic HR planning, employee relations, organizational design, and data analytics.

Alex Lowe completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from Northumbria University in 2014. Subsequently, Alex pursued a Master's degree in International Human Resources at the same university, graduating in 2015. In 2016, Alex obtained an Associate CIPD (Level 7 Advanced Diploma) from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
