Becky Ball

Becky Ball is an experienced UX professional currently serving as Head of UX at Boots UK since March 2014, leading a multidisciplinary team of 10 in enhancing user experience through expertise in user-centred design and project management. Previous roles include Senior UX Manager and UX Lead, where key accomplishments included establishing the internal UX team and embedding User Centred Design processes. Prior to their tenure at Boots, Becky worked as a UX Architect at Joules, where Becky pioneered UX within the organization, and held design roles at Baileys Printers and as a Freelance Web Designer. Becky holds a BA(Hons) in Interactive Multimedia from the University of Lincoln and multiple qualifications in multimedia and graphic design from West Notts College.
