Lucia Novara serves as the Director of Content Marketing at Booyah Advertising since March 2024. Previously, from July 2020 to March 2024, Lucia was the Head of Content at Enchanting Travels, leading an international content team to create engaging travel narratives. Prior experience includes roles such as Creative Director and Senior Creative Strategist at Intelligent Demand, focusing on strategic content direction for B2B and B2C campaigns, and Head of Content & Creative Services at Location3 Media, where performance-driven content strategies were developed. Earlier roles as Special Events Coordinator involved organizing fundraising events for various organizations, and an early career as an English teacher in China helped build foundational communication skills. Lucia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Minor in Public Relations from Michigan State University.
