Monica Panepento loves using the perfect blend of analytics and creativity to dig into data and find new solutions for her clients. She graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in business management and music performance. Since graduating, Monica has spent her career in the agency world, first working at a startup agency where she thrived in the fast-paced environment and enjoyed working on paid social with a variety of brands.

Monica came to Booyah in 2022 as a Senior Digital Media Manager where she has enjoyed getting to grow her skillset in paid media and continuing to use her data analytics expertise. Her day-to-day includes anything from digging into a data set to find the best optimizations to staying up to date on all the changes in the industry. When she is not working, Monica loves playing with her rescue dog Thor and exploring the many things to do in Washington, D.C., where she lives.
