Bilal Kayani

Bilal Kayani serves as the Chief Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton since July 2023, previously holding the position of Group Manager, Security Advisory at Avanade from July 2021 to June 2023. In this capacity, Bilal advised clients on strategic security initiatives and led multi-disciplinary teams in delivering security advisory services. Prior roles include Senior Lead Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Bilal managed cybersecurity projects, and positions as Lead Technologist at 10Pearls and Security Operations Lead at the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, among others. Bilal holds a Master of Science in Information Technology, specializing in Information Assurance, from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
