Bob Schloss

Bob Schloss is a highly experienced professional in the field of Command and Control (C2) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems. Currently serving as a Senior C2ISR Analyst at Information Gateways Inc. since September 2022, Bob is responsible for AOC Weapon System requirements and associated configuration management. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Analyst at Sawdey Solution Services and Project Coordinator for the Advanced Battle Management System at BlueForce Inc. From March 2009 to March 2019, Bob excelled as Chief of Joint C2 Requirements Management at the Joint Staff J6, where significant contributions included managing a $650 million budget and authoring key capability documents. Bob also held roles at the National Security Cyberspace Institute, BAE Systems, and the Air Force C2 and ISR Center, showcasing a robust background in strategic planning and systems development. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Business Management from Old Dominion University and coursework at Elon University and Central Michigan University.
