General Dennis Via

General (Ret) Dennis Via serves as the Executive Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton since May 2017, focusing on growth strategies, cybersecurity, data analytics, and supply chain logistics while leading strategic engagements with senior stakeholders in the Department of Defense and Federal Government. Additionally, Dennis Via holds directorship roles at Milliken & Company as Chair of the Human Resources & Compensation Committee and at Splunk as Chair of the Cybersecurity & Data Responsibility Committee. Prior military leadership includes the position of Commanding General of the U.S. Army Materiel Command, overseeing a $50 billion logistics and IT enterprise, and Director of J6 at the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, responsible for DoD communications and cybersecurity policies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University.
