Ian Carnaghan

Ian Carnaghan possesses extensive expertise in technology and education, currently serving as Chief Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton since January 2017, after holding the role of Senior Lead Technologist. In parallel, Ian has been an Adjunct Professor in the School of Cybersecurity and Information Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus since January 2008. Prior experience includes technical and managerial roles at ICF from October 2007 to January 2017 and instructional support at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Ian's career began as an Information Technology Specialist at Freedom Bank. Academically, Ian holds a Doctor of Science in Information and Interaction Design from the University of Baltimore and multiple master's degrees, including Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus and E-Learning from Ulster University. Additional qualifications include an MBA and a graduate certificate in Instructional Systems Development.
