Jacob Bernstein

Jacob Bernstein serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Secretary at Booz Allen Hamilton, providing strategic counsel to senior leadership and the board of directors on corporate governance, finance, and business matters since October 2015. Previously held several legal roles within Booz Allen Hamilton, including Principal and Associate General Counsel. Jacob Bernstein is also an active member and Treasurer of the Advisory Committee for the Society for Corporate Governance's Mid-Atlantic Chapter and frequently speaks on corporate governance topics. Prior experience includes service on the Board of Directors for White Ribbon Alliance and legal practice at Morrison & Foerster LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP, focusing on M&A, securities, and corporate governance. Jacob Bernstein earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Business-Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
