Joe Coye

Joe Coye is a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, specializing as a CFIUS Case Analyst and in Supply Chain Risk Management, while also supporting the Department of Defense's SHIP Program since January 2022. Previous experience includes a role as a Supply Chain Business Analyst at Interos Inc from September 2018 to December 2021, and a research internship focused on Middle East Studies and U.S. Foreign Policy at the Council on Foreign Relations in mid-2018. Joe Coye also served as a Research Intern at the Institute for the Study of War and has held various marketing and communications positions, including at the American Relief Coalition for Syria and the Stimson Center. Joe Coye earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University, supplemented by studies at the University of Jordan and Regis College.
