Jonathan Owens

Jonathan Owens is an experienced intelligence professional with a strong background in personnel recovery and tagging, tracking, and locating (TTL) technologies. Currently employed at Booz Allen Hamilton since April 2024, Jonathan has held various analytical and technical roles throughout a career that includes relevant positions at EverWatch, Redhorse Corporation, and multiple capacities with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Jonathan's expertise in TTL was developed during tenure at BAE Systems and specialized roles within the United States Air Force and USSOCOM. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Studies from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
