Marisa Santisi

Marisa Santisi is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in technology and human capital management. Currently serving as Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton since January 2014, Marisa leads the HR Digital Strategy, focusing on innovative technologies and operational excellence. Previous roles include IT Portfolio Director at Hilton Worldwide, where responsibilities encompassed IT governance and project financial management, and Director of Deployment Services at Knowledge Infusion, focusing on the implementation of Workday HCM and Success Factors.
