Randy W. Mann

Randy W. Mann is a Senior Lead Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Research Consultant at Semiconductor Solutions Consulting LLC, both roles beginning in 2023. Randy has extensive experience at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since October 2010, serving as a Principal Member Technical Staff focused on memory solutions and SRAM technology. Prior positions include consulting on advanced CMOS silicon processing at QED2, and project management roles at RFMD where Randy led a team for the 90nm silicon effort. Earlier experience includes significant contributions to advanced CMOS technology development at IBM and its Microelectronics division. Randy holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, a Master's in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor's in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
