Giorgio Terreni

Giorgio Terreni has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Their most recent position was as a Senior Data Analytics Specialist at Boozt, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at IKEA Group as a Senior Data Analyst from April 2019 to February 2023. During their time at IKEA, they also held the role of Solutions Architect from September 2016 to March 2019, where they led engineering projects and focused on automation of integration development.

Before joining IKEA, Giorgio worked at FabricaLab S.r.l., where they held two positions. From May 2013 to September 2016, they were a Business Intelligence Specialist at Kering/Gucci, leading a team and managing various BI projects. From February 2012 to April 2013, they served as an ETL and Reporting developer at Gucci, working on a web application for the finance office. Giorgio also had a previous role at Gucci as a Data Warehouse and Reporting support from September 2010 to January 2012.

Furthermore, Giorgio has experience as a System Administrator at Confindustria Firenze from September 2009 to March 2010.

Giorgio Terreni completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Firenze, Italy, from 2003 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Degree in Accounting and Computer Science from ITC Cattaneo, for the period 1998 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Giorgio Terreni has also obtained several certifications. These include "Serverless Machine Learning with Tensorflow on Google Cloud Platform", "Leveraging Unstructured Data with Cloud Dataproc on Google Cloud Platform", "Serverless Data Analysis with Google BigQuery and Cloud Dataflow", and "Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals", all of which were obtained from Coursera in 2019. Giorgio also received a Completion Award for Oracle MOOC: PL/SQL Fundamentals in 2018 from Oracle. Furthermore, they obtained the "MicroStrategy 9.3 Certified Developer" certification from MicroStrategy in 2014.
