Jef Lindeborg Pedersen has extensive work experience in the merchandising field. Jef began their career in 2007 as a Project Employee at the Danish Medicines Agency. In 2008, they worked as a Buying Assistant at Multi-Wing International A/S. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Jr. Merchandiser at Magasin du Nord, where they gained experience in stock management, buying, forecasting, and business controlling. Jef also built various tools for internal buying and merchandising processes. Jef then moved on to become a Merchandiser at Magasin du Nord, where they further expanded their responsibilities, managing various departments and developing internal tools.

In 2013, Pedersen joined Boozt as a Senior Merchandiser, where they were responsible for stock management and internal strategy development. Jef also led a team and built an internal strategy kit and buyplans. Jef later became the Category Merchandising Manager, overseeing the Men's buying and trading department and managing a team of six.

In 2019, Pedersen took on the role of Booztlet Merchandising Director, being responsible for the merchandising of Booztlet.com, their online outlet. Jef managed a team of two in the outlet department. In 2023, they were promoted to Group Strategic Merchandising Director, where they became the overall leader for the merchandising part of the strategic business units in Buying and Merchandising at Boozt. Their responsibilities include campaign and off-price purchasing, stock clearance, NOOS purchasing, forecasting, and analysis.

Jef Lindeborg Pedersen started their education in 2000 at Køge Gymnasium, where they received a STX degree. Jef then pursued their bachelor's degree in Commerce at Roskilde University from 2004 to 2007. In the same year, they joined Copenhagen Business School and pursued a master's degree in Supply Chain Management, which they completed in 2010.
