Michael Eisenmenger Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Michael started their career at Schreiber Foods as an Operations Intern and Quality Control Team Leader, where they conducted experiments to improve production and quality efficiency. Michael then joined Oklahoma State University as a Howard Hughes Critical Thinking in Biological Sciences Mentor, mentoring undergraduate students in research projects.

Eisenmenger later served as the Research Manager for Edible Oils at the Food and Agricultural Products Center at Oklahoma State University. Michael then joined the Institute of Food Technologists, serving as the Executive Student Representative for the Florida Section. During this time, they also pursued their Ph.D. at the University of Florida, where they later worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the course "Food Product Development."

In 2010, Eisenmenger joined ConAgra Foods as a Food Scientist, specializing in Private Label & Branded New Product Innovation. Michael drove product development for branded snack foods and acted as a technical leader for private label and store branded health & wellness opportunities.

In 2013, Eisenmenger transitioned to PepsiCo, starting as an Associate Principal Scientist and later moving up the ranks to become a Global R&D Snacks Platform Technical Leader. Michael led global projects for Snacks R&D Platforms and served as the Chief of Staff for Convenient Foods Research & Development. Michael also served as the Senior Manager, R&D for Quaker Canada Foods, Food Service, & Meat Snacks.

In 2018, Eisenmenger took on the role of Chief Science Officer at Boozy Bites by Prim Improper, a position they still hold. Concurrently, in 2020, they founded and served as the CEO of Whole Home Sterilization LLC., which was later acquired by All Clear Air Pros. Michael then became a partner and Chief Science Officer at All Clear Air Pros.

Michael Eisenmenger Ph.D. has a diverse education history in the field of food science. In 1999, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University. Michael then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Food Science at Oklahoma State University from 2003 to 2005. Following this, Michael earned their Ph.D. in Food Science from the University of Florida between 2006 and 2009. In 2011, they attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where they completed a professional development program in Project Management through the College of Business. Most recently, in 2018, Michael attended The Culinary Institute of America for a short duration to acquire certification as a Culinary Scientist.
