Ben Blore has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ben has worked as a Head of Operations at Boparan Restaurant Group and Byron in 2023. Ben also worked as a General Manager at TGI Fridays from 2014 to 2019, overseeing one of the largest locations in the UK. Before that, they were a General Manager at Spirit Pub Company, where they managed a team of up to 60 members and was responsible for various aspects of the business. Ben also has experience as an Operations Manager/Deputy Manager at Whitbread, where they played a major role in restaurant and hotel management. Additionally, Ben worked as a Senior Dealer at Rank Group, gaining expertise in dealing casino games and customer interaction.
