Lauren Butler is an experienced training professional currently serving as the Head of Training for Slim Chickens and the Restaurant Hub at Boparan Restaurant Group since November 2022. Previously, Lauren held the position of Head of Training at Slim Chickens UK starting in January 2022 and was the Training Manager at Boparan Restaurant Group from March 2014 to February 2022. Earlier in the career, Lauren gained valuable experience as a Restaurant Manager at Mitchells & Butlers from March 2012 to March 2014.
