Satnam has extensive work experience in the retail and food industry. Satnam started their career in 1995 at Morrisons, where they worked as a Regional Manager. Satnam then moved on to BOPARAN HOLDINGS LIMITED in 2017, where they served as a Commercial Director (FMCG) until 2019. Since 2019, Satnam has been with Boparan Restaurant Group, first as Managing Director and currently as the Chief Executive Officer.
Satnam has an Executive MBA degree in Economics and Sports Communication from a university. They also have additional certifications in MBA Essentials from LSE Online, obtained in 2023.
