Shannon Conway (nee Shepley) is an experienced organisational development professional currently serving as the Manager of Team & Leader Effectiveness at BOQ Group. Early career highlights include consultancy roles at PVW Partners and PwC, where Shannon assisted diverse clients in business advisory services, building a solid foundation in taxation and performance reporting. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business in Organisation Management, Entrepreneurship, and Accounting from James Cook University and has pursued the CPA Australia Program from 2017 to 2021.
