Leah Schneider

Leah Schneider, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Head of Human Resources for Bora Pharmaceuticals since April 2025, leading HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Prior to this role, Leah held various positions at Upsher-Smith from July 1997 to June 2025, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities at Upsher-Smith included developing HR strategies in support of the global pharmaceutical subsidiary's objectives, focusing on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and DE&I initiatives. Leah's earlier roles included Human Resources Director, Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, building extensive expertise in HR operations and strategic alignment. Leah Schneider holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas and a BA in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
