Swagata Singha is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and general HR functions. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for North America at Bora Pharmaceuticals since April 2021, Swagata previously held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hudson RPO. Prior recruitment experience includes positions at Locus Systems Inc. as a Technical Recruiter and volunteering as a recruiter for long-term care homes during the Covid-19 pandemic. Swagata's background also encompasses leadership roles in HR including serving as the HR Corporate Office Head at MPS Group of Companies and as a Lead Recruiter at USB Staffing Services.
