Adam Tointon

Adam Tointon is an accomplished Regional Operations Manager with Boral, overseeing multiple operating sites for pre-mixed concrete across New South Wales and the ACT since March 2010. Prior roles include National Business Optimisation Manager, where Adam drove operational excellence initiatives, and Business Improvement Manager, responsible for managing complex improvement projects within Boral’s Construction Materials Business. Adam’s experience in logistics includes managing a fleet of over 400 vehicles in support of significant concrete delivery operations. Earlier roles at Boral Concrete involved logistics management and project management aimed at improving cartage costs and operational efficiencies. Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Diploma in Management, and a Diploma in Project Management.
