Renier Cronje

Renier Cronje, Pr. Eng, possesses extensive experience in maintenance management within the cement industry, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Boral since June 2023. Previously, Renier held the same role at Mamba Cement (RF)(Pty) Ltd from September 2017 to June 2023 and at Tanga Cement Public Company Limited from October 2013 to May 2017, overseeing critical operations involving crushers, kiln lines, mills, and earthmoving equipment. Renier's background also includes positions as Section Engineer at AfriSam and Technical Specialist in charge of reliability and preventative maintenance, with successful project management experience in major plant constructions. Educationally, Renier holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from North-West University, earned between 2003 and 2006.
