Shahid Yousaf

Shahid Yousaf possesses extensive experience in engineering, operations management, and asset management, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering, Tech & Assets and Operations Manager (Fly Ash) at Boral since March 2008, Shahid oversees operations management, capital program management, and the deployment of advanced technologies such as IIoT. Shahid has also led digital transformation initiatives as Core Transform Program Manager at Boral Cement Limited since June 2019, focusing on the integration of smart assets and AI. Prior roles include Asset Manager at CSR Building Materials and Senior Field Support Specialist at Global Santa Fe Drilling Co, among others. Shahid holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and a Master in Industrial Engineering from UNSW.
