Xavier Tournier

Xavier Tournier is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of M&A at Boralex Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Xavier spent nearly 18 years at Marubeni Power International, Inc., where the positions held included Chief Business Development Officer and Senior Vice President, focusing on the origination, valuation, structuring, financing, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation of investments in renewable and conventional power projects. Additionally, Xavier has experience as an Executive Board Member at Kiwapower. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and an MBA in Finance from Clark University.
