Desiree Loupe has a strong background in human resources and administrative assistance. Desiree started their career in 2007 as a Clinic Receptionist at SOUTHERN E.N.T. ASSOCIATES, INC, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, Desiree joined Bordelon Marine Inc as an Administrative Assistant, and subsequently moved up to Human Resources Manager in 2012. Desiree continued to grow within the company, eventually becoming the Director of Human Resources in 2013. Desiree has demonstrated their skills and expertise in various HR roles throughout their career.

Desiree Loupe attended Nicholls State University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
