Ben Keen

Ben Keen is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, specializing in Securities and Capital Markets since September 2018, after serving as a senior associate in the same practice area. Prior experience includes roles as an associate in Corporate & Securities at Baker McKenzie and legal counsel at Fidelity Investments. Ben Keen also completed a secondment at the Ontario Securities Commission's Corporate Finance Branch and gained experience as an articling student at Heenan Blaikie. Additional early career roles included division leader at the Community & Legal Aid Services Programme and general assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Finance. Ben Keen holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Public Policy and Administration from York University.
