Michael Saliken

Michael Saliken is a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, Canada's largest law firm, with a practice focusing on financings, commercial transactions, public listings, and corporate governance. Michael co-founded the firm's psychedelics and cannabis focus group and serves on its steering committee. In addition, Michael is a board member of CUPS Calgary AB, which is recognized as one of Canada’s Top 10 Impact Charities, and previously served as Audit Committee Chair for Meta Growth Corp. until its merger with High Tide Inc. Michael holds a law degree from the University of Alberta and a commerce degree in finance from the University of Calgary.
