Jessica Sorensen

Jessica Sorensen has extensive experience in operations and regional management, primarily with Border States since February 2013, where the current role is Regional Operations Specialist. This position involves advanced troubleshooting of the SAP S/4 system and collaboration with IT during the transition to Fiori. Previous roles at Border States include Quality Assurance Associate I, Regional Operations Specialist for both East and NC regions, and several coordinator positions, all focused on branch operations, fleet safety, and SAP compliance. Prior to Border States, Jessica held operational and administrative roles at WESCO Distribution, B&F Fastener Supply, Architectural Lighting Designs, Inc., and EESCO. Jessica holds an Associate of Arts degree from Lake Superior College.
