Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Border To Coast Pensions Partnership since January 2018, Fiona has previously held significant roles at Cumbria County Council, including Head of Pensions & Financial Services and Head of Technical Finance from April 2010 to December 2017.
