Leonard Shen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in compliance and risk management across various industries. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board for OFX, Leonard has also held significant board positions, including membership on the Board Audit Committee for HomeFirst Services of Santa Clara County and advisory roles for Borderless AI, Ethena, and Giift. Previous experience includes senior leadership roles at Visa, PayPal, and American Express, where Leonard successfully implemented compliance programs and managed substantial teams during critical periods of growth and transformation. Leonard's early career includes foundational compliance leadership at General Electric. Academic qualifications include a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Harvard University, complemented by a Doctor degree in Chinese Energetic Medicine.
