Rasmus Liothier Ryom Nørholm

Rasmus Liothier Ryom Nørholm has an extensive work experience that spans across various industries. Rasmus began their career as an Instruktor at the Center for Militære Studier, Institut for Statskundskab, Københavns Universitet in 2011. After that, they worked as a Bar Manager / Forhusleder at Det Ny Teater for nearly 8 years.

In 2013, Rasmus joined IT-Universitetet i København as a Videnskabelig assistent for a year, and later became an Ekstern lektor from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also worked as an Adjunkt at KEA - Københavns Erhvervsakademi from 2014 to 2018, where they designed education for the next generation of Brand Designers and lectured on various topics including Design Thinking and Agile Principles.

In 2015, Rasmus co-founded Kapital Kommunikation and served as the Digital Director until 2018. Rasmus was responsible for leading digital initiatives and strategies during their tenure. Currently, Rasmus is the Director of Digital Operations at Bording Danmark A/S, a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of Digital at the same company from 2018 to 2022.
