Peter Botero has a strong background in compliance, with their most recent role as Chief Compliance Officer at Boreal Capital Management starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Mariva Capital Markets and Mariva Global Asset Mngt. from June 2021 to March 2023.
