Thomas Hetland

Thomas Hetland currently serves as the Quality and Logistics Leader at Boreal Norge AS, overseeing nationwide quality and logistics in the operations organization. Previous roles include Operations Manager responsible for Rogaland at Boreal Norge AS, Senior Consultant at EY, and Operational Leader at Go-Ahead Nordic, where Thomas played a key role in the company’s successful startup. Thomas’s extensive experience in operations management also includes a position as Duty Manager at Oslo Airport, where full airport operations were managed, and as Terminal Coordinator at Avinor, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Thomas's career began at SAS Ground Handling and Expert AS, demonstrating a strong foundation in logistics and customer service.
