Carolyn Minaker

Carolyn Minaker is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Borealis AI since October 2020. Prior to this, Carolyn held the role of HR Business Partner at Carta after joining through the acquisition of the Kik team in October 2019, following a tenure as Senior HR Manager at Kik Interactive, Inc. from October 2015 to October 2019. Carolyn's career in HR began as an HR Coordinator at Cowan Insurance Group from January 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Carolyn holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo.
