Federico Jr. Fernandez is a highly experienced civil and structural engineer with a comprehensive background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Technical Authority/Group Expert in Civil and Structures at Borealis, Federico has held notable positions at INEOS as Lead/Principal Civil-Structural Engineer and at Sir Robert McAlpine as Principal Structural Engineer. Previous roles include Lead PMC Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler and Principal Civil-Structural Engineer at Technip. With significant expertise in the engineering design and construction of large onshore oil and gas facilities as well as residential and commercial buildings, Federico has performed extensive structural analysis and design, foundation design, and vendor coordination. Additionally, experience as a senior managing partner at FBFernandezJr. Design and Build and as an associate professor at the University of the Cordilleras underscores a strong commitment to project management and education in civil engineering.
