Kolya Wyatt

Kolya Wyatt serves as the Head of People & Culture for the Middle East & Asia at Borealis since October 2023, previously holding various roles at OMV from April 2013 to October 2023, including Global Learning & Strategic OE Projects Manager and Head of HR for the Middle East & Africa. Kolya's career includes significant experience in human resources and administration at OMV New Zealand and early roles at UBS Warburgs and Hudson York Farrell. Kolya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Victoria University of Wellington and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Management from the University of Otago.
